Working on technique, speed, power, co-ordination and stamina. This type of training will be sure to get you fit and have you exercising in a way that will benefit the whole body. Can be done just for fitness and fun, or for those looking for some extra, in depth training. Pad work is proven to be a great stress reliever and fitness booster, highly recommended!
Fat Loss -
Have you tried every fad diet under the sun? Ran numerous miles on the treadmill? Feel like you're running out of options? I know how difficult it can be. Having transformed a number of people in the past, I am very confident in my method of working towards the goal of fat loss. I use a very realistic and effective approach that will allow you to enjoy life to the fullest while still working towards your goal of transforming your mind and body.
Muscle Building -
Building size can be difficult. It ultimately comes down to progressive resistance training and a gradual increase of calories, but knowing exactly what to eat and how to train can be difficult. I will tailor a training and nutrition plan to your specific needs to ensure you are working towards the goal of gaining lean muscle tissue and becoming stronger, both physically and mentally.

If a personal training session needs to be cancelled, this must be done 24 hours before the slot
that your session is booked in for. This is to allow myself time to rearrange my schedule.
If the session is cancelled under 24 hours the full amount may still be charged.
