So, after finally having the website designed and launched, I now have more time to draw my attention to other areas, such as blogging, online personal training and the maintenance/development of the website. As well as training clients, obviously.
Blogging is new to me so am just learning about it all, but I look forward to discussing and sharing tips/opinions on health related topics, training and nutrition with you all in attempt to help out and answer as many questions as possible. Including updates on my clients progression and my own personal development.
Online personal training / My PT Hub -
I recently found an amazing app called my pt hub. This app allows me to set workouts and nutrition programmes to existing clients and any other clients that are interested in online personal training, from the ease of their phone. All the content is on the app and stays on the app. There is no paperwork required and everything is easily managed both mine and the clients end of the app.
The only thing a client would need to do is download the app via a link that id send them. EVERYTHING is on the app..

6000+ exercise videos to ensure correct form is carried out... 6000?!
Direct messaging between the trainer and clients
AND.. the app is free!
There are many benefits of online personal training, some being that it's cheaper, easier for people to fit into their busy schedules or purely for the fact they don't actually need/require someone there in person to help them. They may just need some guidance on progressive programming and nutrition.
I love the idea of helping people and helping transform their mind and body, so do be able to do this on a larger scale over the internet is something I'm going to jump at.
